Email orders@chocotideofficial.com or call (317) 614-2089 within the 60-day window. Our team will confirm your order and provide the return address. Return your bottles, including empties, and keep your tracking number. Once we receive the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Refunds cover the product price on orders placed through the authorized portal. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are not refundable. Purchases made through unauthorized third parties are not covered, since we cannot verify those products. Confirm your source on the verification page.
